Join Sensei Jonathan for a weekly Spiritual Flow Class to help you deepen your connection to your inner strength and spirit.
Together we'll find stillness and peace through both seated meditation and gentle movement such as Tai Chi & Qi Gong. (No experience needed. All are welcome!)
