MOVEMENT CLASS FOR ADULTS

As we age, we tend to get stiffer, have less mobility, and more pain. Come learn how to move from the inside out to help you age with more flow and well-being.

I'm Sensei Jonathan. I'm 56 years old & I've never felt better or moved better. 

 

Join me to learn how to integrate your 3 Bs (Body, Breath & Brain) in a mindful & fluid manner to navigate your day with less stress and more ease and flow.

This class is just 20 minutes 2x/week. Held at noon to easily fit into lunch hour.

 

A perfect mid-day break and antidote to sitting & stressing all day.

Each class consists of mindful, functional, healthy movement including stretching, joint mobility, strength training with body weight and more.
