Join me to learn how to integrate your 3 Bs (Body, Breath & Brain) in a mindful & fluid manner to navigate your day with less stress and more ease and flow.
This class is just 20 minutes 2x/week. Held at noon to easily fit into lunch hour.
A perfect mid-day break and antidote to sitting & stressing all day.
Each class consists of mindful, functional, healthy movement including stretching, joint mobility, strength training with body weight and more.
