Tai Chi Chaun (Taijiquan) means supreme ultimate fist. Most widely thought of as a method of moving meditation, Tai Chi is a sophisticated form of moving qigong. We train the form and push hands as well as other qigong exercises and health methods.
We are excited to bring Sensei Gene Smithson of Austin Systema and Tai Chi Chuan to Life Ki-do for a morning Tai Chi class! Open to adults or homeschool young adults ages 16 and higher.
Tai Chi classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11:15am at Life Ki-do Martial Austin Westlake.
