Connecting to your inner strength and spirit is the foundation to finding daily peace, purpose, and well-being. 

Join Sensei Jonathan for a weekly Mind, Body, Spirit Class to help you deepen your ability to manage stress and negative thoughts and learn to live from a place of inner calm & strength.

 

Together we'll find stillness and peace through both meditation and gentle movement such as Tai Chi & Qi Gong. (No experience needed. All adults are welcome!)

  • Find a well of inner calm to draw on when so much feels out of control

  • Learn to flow with all of life's joys & challenges

  • Find a place of rest and trust within yourself

  • Deepen your practice through the weekly class
