TAI CHI/QIGONG
In this class, you will learn a series of slow synchronized postures from the Chinese system of cultivating chi or vital life energy.
Gently working the muscles and improving the flow of chi removes energy blockages that lead to physical and emotional distress and enhances peace of mind a general sense of well-being.
